   *Weddings are priced for 2 hours, there is a  per hour fee charged after that.

JUSTMENT CHARGES
 

I have agonized over the rising costs of fuel and its affect on the carriage/wagon rides. We have kept our prices the same in order to help our clients stay within budget, however we cannot control the rapidly rising fuel cost and are forced to pass them on.

We regret the necessity of this expense, and long for the "Good ole Days" when these costs were not rising daily.


PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept checks or money orders in payment. Credit card payment available through PayPal.(fee applied)

A deposit of one -half the total amount is due at time of booking and , the balance must be received before your event.  This prevents the interruption of your activities to handle invoicing/payments etc.and allows you to enjoy the party as much as your guests. In the event of inclement weather causing carriage unable to operate safety we will reschedule or provide you with a gift certificate equal to your payment amount for your use good for up to 1 year from time of the scheduled event.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

?         Hills mileage, and unsafe road conditions must be agreed upon before acceptance.

?         We provide  services under  most weather conditions(Rain, wind, snow, heat) However, if conditions are too severe and considered unsafe, Dreamcatcher Carriage reserves the right to  cancel the contract .

?         Deposit is fully refundable if Dreamcatcher Carriage cancels the service.

?         Changes in schedule must be given to Dreamcatcher Carriage prior to the event date.

?         Payments are not refundable for cancellation by client, however they may be transferred for another event for up to one year from the original date of event.

?         Color of horse can be requested - but not guaranteed.

?         A 15 minute grace period is allotted for both parties, for any unseen emergencies.

?         Dreamcatcher Carriage reserves the right to cancel service for circumstances beyond our control (Horse illness, equipment failure, etc) In this rare event a full refund will be  given to client within 30 days.

?         Dreamcatcher Carriage does not provide alcoholic beverages during your event.

?         Client gives permission to use any photographs taken to be used for marketing purposes.

?         FEES: Half of the quoted price is due at contract signing -- Whilst the remaining balance is due 15 days Prior to the event.   If the event is planned less than 15 days from contract signing, the entire amount is due at contract signing in the form of Credit, Cash, or Cashiers Check only.

?         Additional time used can be paid at the event or Dreamcatcher Carriage will bill within 10 days of the event-  payment  is due within 30 days or  additional 5% fee  will be added to the balance due.

?         Payment methods: Cash, Check, Cashiers check.

WARNING: Under Oklahoma Law, an equine sponsor or equine professional is not liable for any injury to, or the death of, a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
